What are your office hours?
You can visit our office from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Monday - Friday) and from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm (Saturday).
What are your access hours?
We offer extended access hours from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, allowing our tenants to add or retrieve their possessions in a safe, convenient way.
How far are you from Sparks, Nevada?
Great question! North Valley Self Storage is located just 11 miles from the city of Sparks, meaning you can reach our property in roughly 12 minutes. In fact, we’re close to many other communities in the Truckee Meadows and the Reno-Sparks metropolitan area.
Can I store my boat here?
Of course! Whether winter is quickly approaching or neighborhood covenants don’t allow you to park your boat there, our drive-up storage units let you park your boat and keep it safe with ease. If you want to prevent your vehicle from being constantly exposed to the elements, leaving it indoors is a great option.
How about my RV/camper?
We have plenty of space for those, too. We offer a number of outdoor storage units that are large enough to fit a camper, RV, and other vehicles up to 54 feet. These covered parking spaces are equipped with electrical outlets and offer plenty of protection from the elements.
How safe is the facility?
Besides offering a variety of secure indoor storage units and outdoor covered spaces, the added security of a fenced, well-lit facility that is monitored with video cameras will give you piece of mind that your belongings are safe. We also have on-site management, so don’t hesitate to ask us for more information.
Can I pay my rent online?
You sure can! Our online bill pay feature allows our tenants to make payments and reserve storage units from the comfort of their home or anywhere else with an internet connection.
